Warehouse and Distribution Centres

Large warehouses and distribution centres are often run 24/7 with various shift patterns and hand overs taking place throughout the day.  Such areas are also exposed to high traffic of heavy machinery such as forklift trucks and pallet use. The high volume of usage paired with the fast-paced nature of the environment can lead to greater levels of wear and tear, which ultimately can cause serious accidents.

Our Conseal Ceramic is a two part, totally solvent free, ceramic filled epoxy floor coating. This flooring solution is really a “no brainer” when it comes to Warehouses and Distribution centres as it is suitable for use in high wear areas and in situations where the use of solvent containing paints may be a problem. It has excellent opacity and covering power, it is resistant to oil, petrol, diesel fuel, most chemicals and has good resistance to sunlight. For those working in cooler environments Conseal Ceramic LT is a winter grade version of Conseal Ceramic and can be applied in cold temperatures.

Many industries have specific health and safety laws and regulations, many of which require the use of floor demarcations.  Demarcations are used for a variety of reasons including separating people from vehicles, warning people of danger zones, and informing people of PPE specific zones. Conseal Line Paint is ideal for marking out walkways and hazardous areas in busy warehouses and distribution centres. It can be applied in just one coat, saving you both time and money. Pair this with adequate level of preparation, you’ll have a premium long lasting option for line marking.
